Adam Boosey

Adam Boosey

P.Eng. Regional Director, Branch Offices

With a strong background in construction and building restoration project management, Adam is a seasoned expert in capital project planning and execution. From forecasting budget requirements and ensuring regulatory compliance to guiding clients through every project phase, he and his team empower stakeholders to make smart, practical decisions. Their goal? Helping building communities establish a strong foundation for a sustainable future.

Adam earned his Civil Engineering degree from Carleton University in 2013, specializing in management. Since then, he has built a career in engineering consultancy, supporting condominium communities and commercial networks across Canada with strategic planning and assurance.

Sarah Downey

Sarah Downey

B.Eng., Building Specialist

Since graduating from Dalhousie University’s Civil Engineering program, Sarah has been guiding property owners and managers across Atlantic Canada in planning repair and maintenance projects with confidence. Sarah supports low-rise, high-rise, and townhouse condominiums, as well as commercial properties as a provider of Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies, and Project Design and Management services.

Grace Blundon

Project Associate

Grace graduated from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology’s Construction Engineering Technician program in 2025. Prior to that, she attended Humber College’s Real Estate program.

She began her career in the field with our team as Project Associate. Grace keeps our clients and internal teams on track by ensuring clear communication, thorough reporting, and assisting with Reserve Fund Studies.

Jim Fletcher, P.Eng. founded Bluenose Engineering in 2008 with a commitment to delivering practical, client-focused engineering solutions grounded in technical excellence and integrity. Throughout his career, Jim played a significant role in shaping communities across the Maritimes. His work included the design of civil infrastructure and industrial facilities, such as fish processing plants and water infrastructure projects that continue to serve communities today, before later focusing on condominium consulting services. Under his leadership, the firm grew into a trusted consulting practice, earning a strong reputation for responsive service and high-quality engineering assessments throughout Atlantic Canada.

Following Bluenose Engineering’s acquisition by Keller Engineering in 2024, Jim continued to support the organization’s growth across the region until his retirement in 2026. Since the acquisition, Bluenose, A Keller Company, has further strengthened its reputation as a trusted provider of Reserve Fund Studies and Building Condition Assessments for condominium communities across Atlantic Canada.
