Bluenose Engineering specializes in professional engineering services for condominiums, property managers, developers, contractors & consultants.  

Our projects include several reserve fund studies for high-rise, medium-rise and townhouse condominiums; physical condition assessments of commercial and institutional properties; and the assessment and structural design of civil structures.  

The company is registered with Engineers Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stocks, and the Canadian Condominium Institute. Insurance and further background information and references are available on request.
